Arugula Salad with Burrata & Rose Jam

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh arugula leaves
- 1 burrata ball (or fresh mozzarella)
- 1 tbsp Jar Thuraya Rose Petal Jam
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp balsamic glaze (optional)
- Crushed roasted pistachios
- Salt & freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Arrange arugula leaves on a plate.
- Place the burrata ball in the center.
- In a small bowl, whisk Rose Petal Jam with olive oil until lightly blended.
- Drizzle the mixture over the burrata and greens.
- Add a touch of balsamic glaze, sprinkle nuts, and season with salt and pepper.
Fig Jam & Cheese Crostini

Ingredients
- 1 baguette, sliced and toasted
- 3 tbsp Jar Thuraya Fig Jam
- 100g goat cheese or brie
- A drizzle of Honey
- Crushed walnuts or pistachios
Instructions
- Spread cheese over toasted baguette slices.
- Add a spoon of Fig Jam on top.
- Sprinkle with crushed nuts.
- Drizzle some Honey on top.

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Jar Thuraya Cherry & Cinnamon Jam
- 1 cup Greek or plant-based yogurt
- ½ cup crushed biscuits or granola
- A handful of fresh cherries or berries (optional)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- In small glass cups, add a layer of crushed biscuits or granola.
- Spoon a layer of yogurt on top.
- Add 1 tbsp of Cherry & Cinnamon Jam to each cup.
- Repeat the layers if desired for a parfait-style look.
